Sunday, November 27th is the First Sunday of Advent, and the beginning of a new year in the life of the church.  As the church follows the life of Jesus from John the Baptist's prescient cry in the wilderness to his crucifixion and resurrection at Easter, St. Luke's will be offering a 16-week bible study before worship titled, "Jesus: The Greatest Story" in the Lesher Lounge from 9am - 10am each week.

This bible study is perfect for anyone who's never been in a bible study before, as well as anyone who's interested in a focused study on the life of Jesus.  For those interested in a more detailed study of Jesus as he is presented in each of the four gospels, Seminarian Francisco Herrera will be presenting three more mid-week bible studies on Mark, Luke and John in the new year.
