MARDI GRAS AT ST. LUKE'S

WE'RE STARTING A NEW TRADITION

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21 (6:00 P.M.)

The Worship Committee, reacting to a groundswell of enthusiasm from around the church, is organizing and hosting a final FLING before the solemnity and fasting of Lent and Holy Week.

The PARTY will take place on SHROVE/FAT TUESDAY EVENING, February 21, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in Haberland Hall. After emptying the church's cupboards of butter and lard, etc. (traditionally forbidden in Lent), we will have plenty of pancakes and sausages available to eat and JOE SCARRY, NOEL SPAIN and their guitars will lead us in a SING-ALONG of favorite and other well-known tunes. Please bring your singing voices and other instruments. It will be great!

The whole evening will be about fun and fellowship! There'll be NO CHARGE, just plan to come!

RSVPs appreciated, but not required, at: http://www.facebook.com/events/381746485185700/

See you on Tuesday, February 21, at 6:00 p.m.
