"Good News" in Childcare - Lutheran Day Nursery

While there are many options available for childcare and early childhood education for families, there are very few centers in the Logan Square community have a mission of supporting the spiritual development of children. Lutheran Day Nursery, a childcare and preschool program that has served families for 100 years, has ensured that the little ones in God's flock receive the special care and feeding they need and deserve. LDN exists to support churches and their families by providing the highest quality childcare and early childhood education in an environment that is consistent with the love of God in Christ, affirming God's work in their lives while teaching the values and principles of God's word.Lutheran Day Nursery will offer a discounted rate to any family from St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Their current market rate is $200 per week, but are offering the St. Luke's community a special rate of $150 per week. (If the family qualifies for Action for Children, the Illinois state childcare supplement, we will work with them to ensure an even lower weekly rate.) They will also waive our $25 registration fee for St. Luke's families. To receive the discounted rate and fee waiver, you must notify LDN that you are a part of the St. Luke's community.Registration begins after August 13.
