Real Estate Update
September 4, 2015
The closing process is moving along well between St. Luke's and New Community. All surveys and inspections have passed and the attorney review is near completion. Closing documents are being drawn up and we have agreed on a closing date of October 1st. Our last worship service will be Sunday the 25th and we need to vacate the building by October 29th.
August 14, 2015
St. Luke's and New Community continue to work through the attorney review process regarding the sale of the building. The official closing date may be pushed out past September 1st to accommodate the preferences of the New Community - however, this has not been finalized. In either case, we are still planning to stay in the church until October 25th. Final inspection and environmental reviews are slated to be complete by next week.

The contract for sale has been signed between St. Luke's and New Community Church. The official closing date as announced is for September 1st. However, we are negotiating with New Community to stay in the church until October 25th. 
In the interim, our attorney is working closely with legal representation of New Community to finalize the contract to be signed.
