Proof of vaccination now required for in-person worship

Share your proof of vaccination at this link

In an effort to make worship as safe and hospitable as possible, St. Luke's will begin requiring proof of vaccination for those attending in-person worship beginning in February 2022. Use this link to share your proof of vaccination with us, or plan to bring your proof of vaccination along with you when you come to worship.

Thank you for helping to keep our community safe! We will note your proof of vaccination in our records, and equip ushers with updated lists, so that once your proof of vaccination is on file, you shouldn't need to show it again.

A vaccine requirement is in line with city of Chicago guidance for other establishments and gatherings. While churches are exempt from these laws, the Reuniting St. Luke's Task Force believes that requiring vaccination will help to keep our community safe and hospitable at this time.
